You can enjoy this Ehime specialty in a variety of ways, including as sashimi, scalded, grilled, or kombu-jime (sea bream marinated in kelp), as well as sea bream shiso tempura. We have also prepared a course that includes Ehime specialties, such as Uwajima's famous jacoten (small sardine tempura).
